MLive annually determines which Michigan-based high school has enjoyed the most successful sports season, and it is based on each school's performance in Michigan High School Athletic Association sanctioned state tournaments.
MLive provides reports after the fall and winter sports seasons, and once the state tournaments are completed in the spring, we will update and crown the 2018-19 champion.
